24/7 SERVICE AND BRAND INDEPENDENT
After the emergency power solution has been realized the commissioning starts. G-Mac is fully organized with her own service team to make things as easy and convenient as possible for our clients. We provide maintenance (contract), 24/7 emergency service, repair services, and battery replacement.
MAINTENANCE.
G-Mac provides both preventive and corrective maintenance to all brands of UPS systems, backup generators, battery configurations, and peripherals. An emergency power solution must be reliable and available at all times. Annual preventive UPS maintenance is, therefore, a must. After all, you have purchased an "insurance" against power failure, which must be reliable after installation, in operation, and during its service life (+/- 10-12 years). GMAC provides maintenance contracts for some systems or for entire networks. In addition, we can compile and maintain a multi-annual plan and also consider efficient maintenance for, for example, 25-year ongoing PPC projects (DBMO).
24/7 CARE SERVICE.
A UPS system or other emergency power devices in malfunction requires a quick diagnosis, repair, and possibly a (temporary) replacement solution by a specialist. GMAC guarantees, with its 24/7 emergency service, to be on-site within 4 hours within the Benelux. GMAC has the components in stock, as well as replacement devices as a temporary solution.
REPAIRS.
Our specialized service team performs repairs at G-Mac or at your own location. For the brands we have in our own portfolio, we manage our stock of repair parts and materials.
G-Mac can not guarantee that all defective UPS’s will be repaired. Our process is designed in a way that we first diagnose the defective device. To do this, the GMAC service engineer performs a measurement & analysis. Next, this analysis will be given to you with appropriate advice in the form of a quotation to determine the follow-up action. Regarding the smaller 1-phase UPS, you can send it to GMAC and we will check it out for you.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT.
G-Mac replaces batteries for all brands of UPS’s, small and large. Within our organization we work with our own battery specialists and GMAC has also signed contracts with well-known battery manufacturers. G-Mac handles - in terms of lifespan - the Eurobeat standard. We advise taking a maintenance contract to periodically carry out checks on the corresponding battery configuration. MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS.
