G-Mac is a technical consultant in the field of UPS installations, backup generator installations, battery storage systems, switching and distribution devices, and the integration of these solutions into your electrical installation. G-Mac has the competence to design turn-key emergency power projects.
G-Mac can provide you with quality and technical advice for (alternative) solutions based on your needs. We have been doing this for 30 years for our end customers, e-installers, and consultants.
The advice we offer is through a quotation, technical drawings (CAD, 3D), and/or a tender text.
We do this for both commercial, service, and project assignments from small to large.
DBMO.
Within the major projects, the term DBMO is (Design, Build, Maintain & Operate) - a concept of recent years - in which we provide the technical advice for emergency power solutions. We use innovative and efficient starting points for the purpose of the later phases of the project: building, maintaining, and operating the applications.
PROCESS.
Our advice is based on technical knowledge and our qualitative approach is based on the principles of Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC. G-Mac launches its process by inventing your needs, we can brainstorm together with you with one of our design & lead engineers. After defining the starting points, the required measurements will be made to complete the inventory. This can be a (free) site recording and measurements of other spaces and/or existing installations. Specific technical measurements performed by G-Mac are AC voltage measurements for a given period, thermographic measurements of installations, UPS autonomy time testing with the possible help of load banks, and the specific measuring of battery blocks.
In addition, we also carry out the basic measurements for construction and transport; namely to measure the space where the solutions are planned and also the transport route to this space. Also, the maximum floor load is an important part of it.
For installation and/or mains voltage problems, an investigation will be conducted into the cause of the problem. For this, we conduct a (long-term) measurement & analysis.
Based on the recorded measurement results, our advisor makes an analysis and proposal for advice. Based on that, the best and most efficient solution is offered, taking into account your requirements and wishes package.
